You must provide valid ID, proof of income, employment letter, and a credit check.
The guarantor must provide documents showing income 5-times the Market Rent.

Pricing Details & Costs

Any one-time or monthly fees (such as administrative fees) are listed in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.
Utilities are not included in the rent. Utilities are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Yes, Renters insurance is required. Our leasing team is able to help provide more information on renters insurance if you do not currently have it.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease term options vary by availability and may include standard 12-month, but we offer a range of flexible lease terms to meet your needs.
Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance, first month's rent payment, and completion of any move-in scheduling or elevator reservations, where applicable.
While our apartments do not come furnished, if you need further details on furnished units, please reach out to our leasing team for more information.
Subletting is not allowed. Please reach out to the management team for information on lease transfers within the community.
Non-renewal notice periods are outlined in the lease agreement and may vary based on local regulations.

Many of our amenity spaces may be available to reserve for private events. Availability, reservation procedures, and any associated costs are managed by the onsite team.

A reservation fee is required for our Conservatory and Pool Lounges. All other amenity spaces, such as the Library, Makers Space, and Golf Simulator, can be reserved without a fee.

You may reserve in person with the management team or reserve via the Maple Terrace App.
Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi in all common areas.

No, we currently do not offer a guest suite, however, we are minutes from top luxury hotels. Please contact our concierge for help with finding accomodations for your guests.

Yes, we have a dog park along with a luxury pet spa for bathing and grooming. Maple Terrace is also near the Katy Trail for long dog walks.
